Senior Marketing ManagerAWS Global Executive Marketing (GEM) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to champion the executive audience in campaign strategy, working across AWS marketing teams to represent customer needs in AWS campaigns and Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs). The role will orchestrate the executive customer journey and determine optimal touchpoints for AWS marketing communications and programs, while influencing broader campaign strategies and account-based marketing (ABM) motions. This position works on high-visibility programs and interacts with diverse stakeholders globally. In this role, you'll: Influence, advise, and shape Integrated Demand Planning to include executive customer needs are represented. Advocate for executive-centric approaches in planning and execution across AWS marketing. Establish targeting strategies to reach the right executive audience, at the right time, through the right channel. Collaborate closely with IDP teams to integrate executive-focused strategies into overall demand generation plans. Design comprehensive customer journey maps for executive audiences and identify key engagement opportunities. Identify gaps in executive content or messaging required for campaigns; work with content owners to design and deliver messaging and assets as needed. Integrate executive perspectives into AWS's broader marketing initiatives and Integrated Demand Plans. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure executive campaign alignment and effectiveness. Define and implement go-to-market strategies for executive marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketer who can: Understand and articulate enterprise executive needs and perspectives. Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across global marketing teams. Drive innovation in executive campaign development and execution.A day in the life: Analyze executive customer journey maps and identify campaign optimization opportunities. Lead cross-functional meetings to align on executive campaign priorities and deliverables. Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate executive perspectives into broader campaigns. Review campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
