IT SPECIALIST- Randolph, MA Full time opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful IT Specialist to support the technological needs of our school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic educational environment and is passionate about helping staff and students succeed through reliable technology. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for Windows 11 desktops and laptops. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, scanners, and other peripherals. • Perform hardware repairs and upgrades on desktops and laptops. • Support and maintain Office 365 accounts and applications. • Assist teachers and staff with basic tech troubleshooting. • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies. • Collaborate with the IT team and vendors as needed. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience with Windows 11 and Office 365. • Strong troubleshooting skills for printers and common network issues. • Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop repair. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Must have a reliable personal vehicle for traveling between school and residential sites. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a school or educational setting. • Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, switches). • Intune and Google Workspace knowledge. Salary: $55,000
