Role:

Administrative Case Manager - (working in office)

Great client control, data entry and note entry on HIMS.

Establishing communication with clients over phone, email and once in the quarter in person.

This program assists not housed individuals who are in need to belong to a program, but physical outreach is not needed.


You will need:

Strong communication, verbal and written

Availability to drive within 10 miles once a month

Experience with Case Managing or Housing Supportive Services
