Coaches and develops leaders and team members within lending; builds and maintains strong relationships with branch leadership and both internal and external lending partners. Develops and implements strategies to align consumer lending objectives with the organization's overall strategic plan; leads execution of business plans; manages third-party vendor relationships, including oversight of ancillary product sales and market penetration efforts.
