This rewarding position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and ensures excellent care delivery is performed on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents and resident families during the care delivery process. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
