You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.If you are IICRC WRT, AMRT, or ASD certified, awesome If not, that is okay as long as you are willing to learn and have a great attitude. We will provide you the experience and will pay for you to attend the classes to achieve your certifications.Responsibilities:Perform basic demolition of drywall, flooring and other affected structuresPerform disinfecting and cleaning of remaining property structureInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentDocument work being performed on the job via photos and video using mobile appsPrepare rooms/areas for work activities by moving content, covering content and furniture with plastic, setting up plastic containment barriersSet out commercial drying equipment (air movers, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers)Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with the customer, manager and other techniciansQualifications:IICRC certification preferred, but will assist you in getting themExperience with general construction/demolition tools and workValid driver's licenseReliable transportation to & from workPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsCompensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourOur MissionRETURNING PEOPLE TO THE LIVES THEY KNEWDamage from accidents, structural issues, and natural disasters often comes without warning, resulting in loss of valuable, personal property.
