Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Pediatric Respiratory Therapist • Discipline: Allied Health Professional • Start Date: • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Schedule consists of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week • Must be Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - no Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) accepted • Emergency Department and PICU experience required • Floating to other pediatric units required when necessary • EPIC experience required • Required certifications: RRT, NBRC Verification, BLS, PALS, ACLS • Preferred certification: NPS • Must test negative for nicotine • Holiday coverage required as needed • Scheduling managed by manager or scheduler - no self-scheduling • Must maintain dependable attendance - more than 3 call-offs within 13-week assignment will result in termination • Fast-paced, team-based work environment Facility: This 359-bed pediatric medical center serves as one of the 10 largest pediatric medical providers in the United States and is the only dedicated pediatric medical center in Arkansas. The facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center with a Level 4 NICU and functions as a teaching hospital.
