This role will follow a flexible hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities of the Firmware Engineer:
- Write, test, and debug firmware code.
- Working on the SC Micro and Real Tech platforms
- Develop and implement firmware for embedded devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve firmware issues.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers for system integration.
- Optimize firmware for performance and reliability.
Required Skills for the Firmware Engineer:
- 10+ years of firmware experience
- Must have strong prior experience with MC-MICRO
- Strong proficiency in C/C++
- Background in cabling/satellite is a big plus
- Prior HVAC experience is a big plus
