As online shopping continues to surge, we play a vital role in connecting businesses to consumers reliably, efficiently, and at scale.We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to help expand our footprint and drive new business in a dynamic, hunter-style sales environment.What You'll Do:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.Sell package delivery solutions to e-retailers, mail service providers, financial institutions, industrial businesses, and more.Conduct client meetings to assess needs and present tailored shipping solutions.Overcome technical and business objections to close deals.Manage client onboarding and implementation.Provide product training and ongoing support to customers.Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in parcel shipping, mail consolidation, or logistics.Minimum 7 years of outside sales experience.Proven track record in a hunter-style sales environment.Strong negotiation and marketing skills.CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).Willingness to travel overnight as needed.What We Offer:Competitive base salary + lucrative commission structure.Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, and vision.Employer-paid short-term disability and life insurance.Immediate access to paid time off and holidays.401(k) with 47% employer contribution and profit sharing.Gym reimbursement.Our Culture: We're a performance-driven organization that values initiative, collaboration, and integrity.
