As our Sales Producer on the Retirement Services team, youll consult and assist our clients and prospects with all aspects of a retirement plan, from the day-to-day administrative issues to compliance, plan design, investment strategies, vendor selection, and overall fiduciary governance.Our future colleague. Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry and exceptional, demonstrated ability to learn new information quickly. Client-facing experience including demonstrable relationship-building skills. Ability to travel up to 5 nights/month to meet with clients; mileage and expenses reimbursed. Series 65 or 66 securities registration licenses or willingness to obtain during first 9 months.We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Dont be shy.
