Director of Sales- Growth


We're a privately owned, hard-working, moral, caring company in need of a person responsible for growth. The Louver Shop has been a leading domestic manufacturer of shutters for over 50 years.


The ideal candidate will be able to make personal calls on widow covering dealers, work with existing dealers to improve performance and work with our team to add sales resources.


Responsibilities

  • Build a network of independent window covering dealers.
  • Travel to select areas in US to close window covering dealers
  • Analyze each territory and set a plan for performance improvements.
  • Assist with product line additions.


Qualifications

  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to communicate.
  • Ability to close.
  • 5+ years sales and management experience
  • Window covering experience would be very helpful
