This individual has to be passionate about performance marketing, data-driven analytics and optimization and delivering highly-measurable business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesWorking directly with search directors, you will own the day-to-day execution, optimization and reporting of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft AdvertisingDevelop and implement keyword builds, ad copy development, bid management, audience and AI optimization strategies under the performance-oriented guidance of the search directorsDaily monitoring of campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimizationEvaluate performance using data provided by Data and Analytics team to deliver insights and recommendations that are aligned to the clients' goalsEnsure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and client-specific guidelines on all assets and deliverablesMaintain accuracy of budget and pacing dailyWork with search directors to prepare reports and client presentations as neededRemain up to date on industry transformation trends, platform updates and emerging technologiesQualificationsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or healthcare-oriented environmentHigh proficiency in:Platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft AdvertisingPerformance Tools: SA360, GA4, Adobe AnalyticsExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast pace, matrix management environmentStarcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation Range: $73,910 - $106,260 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
