Must be a fast learner, possess amazing communication skills, and have excellent phone etiquette. Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is essential.Major Responsibilities:The supervisor will work as a member of the clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction and clinic operation. Major functions include the supervision of staff and serving as a resource to our patients. This position will be based primarily in our clinics in Hemet and Palm Desert, California, but will also cover Murrieta and Temecula.Required:Two years of team building skills to include prior supervisory lead experience in a Healthcare setting.Ability to work effectively with patients, physicians and staff in a diplomatic and professional manner in order to maximize suite operations.Working knowledge of EMR systemsAbility to manage patient issues to achieve resolution. Ability to respond to changing priorities and deadlines.Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction and in setting priorities, which accurately reflect the relative importance of assignments.Ability to accept directions from supervisors and act promptly.Knowledge of medical terminology.Working knowledge of medical insurance plans and types of coverage provided.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Successful completion of Medical Assistant Diploma programHigh school graduate or GEDAbility to travel to clinic locations including Hemet, Murrieta, Temecula, and Palm Desert as needed.Preferred Qualifications: Medical Assistant Certificate preferred, not required.Pay Transparency for hourly teammates$23 - $26 USD
