CNO DeveloperElucidation Concepts, an independently owned subsidiary of SSAI, is seeking a CNO Developer to support our customer. This role focuses on developing and enhancing cutting-edge capabilities for mission-critical network operations. You'll work in a cleared environment alongside top engineers dedicated to national security.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain advanced capabilities for mobile device operations.Perform C development and reverse engineering.Collaborate with a high-performance team supporting complex mission objectives.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree + minimum 10 years of relevant software development experience, or Master's degree + minimum 8 years of relevant experience.Degree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.Must include at least 3 years of cybersecurity/CNO-specific development.5+ years of C development and reverse engineering experienceWiFi and Bluetooth experienceActive TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)Desired Qualifications:Strong understanding of mobile network protocolsExperience working on or with SAS Mobile teamsPhysical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to touch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
