Join Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC today.Responsibilities:The Strategy Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Federal Government project and perform the following duties:Review the current DEIA strategic plan and progress on goalsAssist with the design, conduct, and interpret results from the environmental scanIdentify best practices to generate outcome-focused measures and metricsCreate and provide leadership with recommendations regarding the new DEIA Strategic PlanIdentify priority objectives - define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's)Create supporting strategies - describe the means to achieving these objectivesCreate metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objectiveProvide recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and officesProvide strategies and guidance to leadershipAnalyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome-focused performance measuresConvert data and information into strategies to align with the DEIA initiatives for leadership to develop the strategic plan as well as divisions and offices to develop their action plansCreate templates for the Divisions and Office to use for early warning signs that a goal or objective in the Plan is in danger of being missed and requires action, encouraging information sharing and engagement across the divisions and officesEstablish a methodology to obtain feedback from the stakeholders on the success of consulting and other activitiesWork remotelyAn ideal candidate has the following:U.S. CitizenshipEducation: Bachelor's DegreeCertifications in various DEIA topics and experience in DEIA projectsA minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working in the financial sectorJoin the team at Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC, for a fulfilling and engaging experience Our team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients in an ethical and diverse work environment.
