These Project Managers-Nuclear are for the Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA (near Harrisburg). These can be filled at Mid-level or Senior level. Please see minimum qualifications listed below for each level.
Senior Project Manager has expected salary range of $118,800 to $132,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Mid-Level Project Manager has expected salary range of $86,400 to $96,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Manage projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives. Provide leadership for project team members and the Project Management process. Position generally used for projects requiring integration of multiple functional organizations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) in accordance with the Constellation Management Model procedures and standard practices. Ensure proper use of project controls and perform required monthly reporting.
- Direct the Project Team and integrate all resources.
- Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables.
- Provide communication to Constellation Nuclear and site management for assigned / proposed projects.
- Provide development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials.
- Ensure Contract Administration on contract(s) as required, including proper closeout of projects as well as post-project critique and lessons learned
MID LEVEL, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Engineering, business, or science with 2 years professional experience -OR-
- Associates Degree with 3 years experience in the field of management of projects -OR-
- High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in the field of management of projects
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to be well organized
- Strong skills with all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel a must) and Microsoft Project
SENIOR LEVEL, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (technical or management discipline) with 5-8 years' experience in a related position or field.-OR-10 years of directly applicable industry experience, 5 years of which must be in the field of management of projects
- PMP Certification (within 18 months of starting position)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost estimating experience
MID LEVEL, PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost estimating experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of utility business and power plant equipment
- Knowledge of contract management and / or Passport supply system
- PMP Certification
SENIOR LEVEL, PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in business, engineering, science, or related field
- FLS or Management experience
- Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance
- Knowledge of contract management and / or Passport supply system
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction
