The candidate will be responsible for handling claims from inception through resolution. The position entails extensive contact with clients, attorneys, insurance adjustors, and medical providers.

Duties & responsibilities include: Opening new files; gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents; fully investigate each case; maintain contact with clients on regular basis; prepare documents and correspondence; collect documentation of all damages sustained such as medical records, bills and loss of income; read and interpret medical records and reports; organize and maintain case files. 4+ years of knowledge in personal injury/workers compensation required. Must: be able to jump into an existing caseload and move cases forward; have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast pace environment; have great people skills as the position requires a great deal of client contact; be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; have exceptional communication and written skills; have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and legal software.

The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience working for a workers' compensation practice .
