O365 Administrator

Our client in Kissimmee FL is searching for a O365 Administrator to join their team. This is an on-site position. Candidates must have a valid driver's license.

Position Description:

• Install, administer, maintain, and repair AD, data center equipment, and server infrastructure
• Train end-users on technology features
• Conduct routine system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
• Draft security best practices to protect data and assets
• Create new users, maintain data and structures, and develop custom reports and workflows
• Update technology platforms
• Maintain accurate documentation of network and software configuration
• Troubleshoots hardware and software errors
• Mitigate IT risks and vulnerabilities to ensure continuity of IT operations

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of IT experience in a Help Desk/Desktop Support environment
• Managing Microsoft infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Experience serving as a O365 administrator
• Driver's license
