Must be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. May clean and prepare sites, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. May assist other craft workers. Other duties may be assigned.Will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas. Other duties may be assigned.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.Material handling and storage.Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
