Job Summary

Our Marketing Analytics Manager will oversee and manage Amazon Advertising, forecasting, business reporting, and advertising analytics to ensure the growth of Better Being Co. brands and products across Amazon.com and other eCommerce platforms.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of paid search marketing initiatives for an array of Amazon brands and SKUs.
  • Report directly to the Amazon/E-commerce VP and Digital Marketing VP on campaign performance and deliverables.
  • Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about ad campaigns and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management based on business goals and targets.
  • Provide bid and ad management/optimization on a regular basis to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Track and report on campaign results and take part in weekly, bi-weekly and/or monthly status meetings with Amazon/E-commerce and Digital Marketing Executive
  • Conduct competitive research and collaborate with the team about holiday and special promotion campaigns.
  • Analyze media spend and advertising reports to identify SKU and brand level opportunities
  • Analyze media spend and advertising reports to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Set and monitor targets at the ASIN level across brand portfolio to ensure appropriate investment level needed to achieve established KPIs
  • Help ensure advertising is focused on incremental, new to brand shoppers
  • Monitor keyword and category ranking performance to ensure spend is sufficient to maintain organic rankings and amazon badges (best seller and choice badges)
  • Analyze spend and ranking data (BSR) to determine if/when paid search can scale back without jeopardizing organic rank and seller badges
  • Oversee forecasting to ensure sufficient inventory for product launches, special events, and day to day sales
  • Create and share weekly and monthly advertising and Amazon POS performance reports
  • Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports showing sell-through, ranking, YoY, MoM, and WoW performance

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work constructively with Systems/IT, Operations and Finance leaders in support of Amazon and other 3rd party platforms
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to Utah for monthly meetings (if remote)
  • Support of and involvement in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs, and activities

​​Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of vitamin and supplements, health, beauty, and personal care industry preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience actively managing Amazon advertising campaigns (both sponsored products and brands). Experience with any of the following software or tools a plus: Sellics, Teikametrics, Pacvue, Intentwise, Perpetua, Quartile, Excel, PPC Entourage, or custom IT solutions.
  • Experienced data analyst--ability to recognize patterns, interpret data, and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Amazon.com and ecommerce experience a must
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting advertising data
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to analyze search term reports, manage 3rd party agencies, work collaboratively with a team of awesome people.
  • Proficient in excel, and Google suite of tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The employee must exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, field of vision.
