Customer Service RepresentativeFASTSIGNS #220401 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our teamBenefits/Perks:Competitive Pay401k (after 6 months)Paid Vacation and HolidaysNo WeekendsOngoing Training OpportunitiesA Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS CenterHelp coordinate all communication across two Fastsigns centersAssist the owners in process development and administrationEnjoy being involved in daily team meetings and be directly involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS CenterWork with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of businessBuild long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:1-2 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred but not mandatoryHigh school diploma or equivalentOutgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationshipsGreat listening and organization skillsAbility to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more per day)Enjoy working in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to coordinate schedules and attention to detailDo you enjoy working with people?
