As an Administrative Nurse at The Country Home, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of our facility. This role combines clinical knowledge with administrative duties to support the overall well-being of our residents and the efficiency of our operations.

* *Clinical Oversight:* Manage and oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
* *Care Coordination:* Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
* *Regulatory Compliance:* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
* *Staff Management:* Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
* *Resident Assessments:* Conduct resident assessments and regular evaluations to ensure their needs are being met effectively.
