The Greeter will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.This seasonal will begin January 6th, 2026 and cannot exceed 90 days of service, April 6th 2026. Must experience a 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season prior to applying again as a seasonal employee.This pay for this position starts at $16/hour.This position is located at the Salt Lake City International Airport.Available Schedules:Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday with 2 days off during the week.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supplyWelcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lotDirect customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicableAssist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visitsCommunicate customer service issues to managementEnsure that hangtag information is completed correctlyMaintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirementsMaintain Emerald Aisle for cleanlinessThank member for their businessProvide upgraded vehicles on requestPerform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customersEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must be at least 18 years old
