As an In House Vacation Sales Concierge, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled:Uncapped earning potential (wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, contests)Medical/Dental/Vision/401K opportunitiesTravel discountsCredit Union MembershipTuition ReimbursementProfessional Counseling & Family SupportGrowth and Development OpportunitiesAs an In House Vacation Sales Concierge, a typical day will include:Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectationsProviding the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goalsEnsuring that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and servicesUsing persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyaltyGuest Experience and Company Standards:Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needsInteract with colleagues and guests professionally and promptlyContribute to team goalsAlways follow company policies and safety proceduresTo Become an In House Vacation Sales Concierge:Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phoneAvailable to work various shifts, holidays, and weekendsConcierge, and/or sales experience preferredPosition may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirementsReach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of timeMarriott Vacations Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
