Housekeeping Turndown AttendantFour Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant to join our dedicated and dynamic team Be part of our commitment to providing unparalleled guest experiences by ensuring rooms are cleaned and prepared for a restful night's sleep. As a Turndown Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, working in the early evening to create a welcoming space for our guests.What You Will Do:Receive a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift; Remove used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet; Wipe down any wet surfaces in the bathroom; Fold any clothing left in room and place it in appropriate spot; Remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings; Close drapes, reduces lighting and prepares bed.Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationary and pensPrepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guestsPerforms full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when neededWhat You Bring:High school education or equivalentPrevious Housekeeping Experience is a plusReading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.Successful candidates must possess legal United States work authorizationWhat We Offer:Hourly Range: $20.66Company Match 401K PlanComplimentary stays at Four Seasons WorldwideComplimentary meals in our Wellness CafLaundered Employee UniformEmployee Assistance ProgramInvestment in your WellbeingLife InsuranceComplimentary on-site parkingTraining programs, tuition reimbursementGrowth & Development opportunitiesSchedule & Hours:Part time position5:00 PM to 9:30 PM availability requiredFour Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
