We only require the passion for positively impacting children's lives through the love of sports and fitness.Entertainment experience (acting, theater, etc.). We are looking for people who can bring fun and positive energy to each class.Excellent communication skillsMust be at least 18 years of ageEligible to work in the U.SSuccessful passing of background checkValid Drivers LicenseMust have a carAnimated and energetic personality; ability to engage children and be silly with themAbility to coach indoors or outdoors (weather permitting) and in environments with various noise levels and elementsAvailability: Saturday and SundayThe JobSafely lead and manage classes of up to 12 children (ages range from 2-8)Study and teach the week's curriculum which focuses on skill and character developmentEngage all children at an individual levelDeliver an engaging, caring, and fun experienceArrive at least 15-min before start time at your locationsProvide a positive customer experience to faculty and familiesMaintain and care for the assigned coaching equipmentManage your assigned class rostersProvide post-session feedbackCommunicate with management promptlyParticipate and complete the required trainingUtilize the team platform to clock in and outHave fun while making a positive impact
