MUST RESIDE IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA
Position Overview:
As an Associate Clinical Social Worker, you will provide critical support to individuals ages 16+ dealing with mild to moderate mental health issues. This role involves delivering personalized therapeutic services, managing substance abuse treatment referrals, and ensuring effective case management and intervention.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the Los Angeles area and be able to attend monthly meetings on-site (DTLA)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- BBS Registered ACSW
- A minimum of 1,000 supervised hours completed
- Experience working in substance abuse treatment setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions to clients aged 16 and above with mild to moderate mental health concerns.
- Setting: MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) and MOUD (Medications for Opioid Use Disorder) treatments.
- Conduct case management activities, including intervention and linkage to appropriate treatment services.
- Support the intake and referral process for individuals seeking substance abuse treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment for clients.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
