We are seeking a full time Inpatient PM&R Physician/Program Director interested in building a practice and growing with the Naples, FL community. High income potential in a beautiful area of Florida. Great weather year-round for plenty of outdoor activities.
PM&R INPATIENT JOB DESCRIPTION
- Expected patient load 15-20 patients
- Leadership Stipend - Program Director
- 1:4 call rotation
- Full Relocation Package
- Good subspecialty support
- Option to consult at local acute care hospitals
- Effective Marketing teams based at acute care hospitals

Naples is a city on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida thats known for high-end shopping and golf courses. The Naples Pier, first erected in 1888, is the citys symbol, and is a popular fishing and dolphin-spotting destination. Its flanked by miles of beaches with calm waters and fine white sugar sand.
PRACTICE MODEL
PM&R Physician will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients. The Physiatrist will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections. Encompass Health hospitals are extremely busy with high patient volumes - Encompass Health has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.
