As the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success locally and serve as the most senior member of a large team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Controllers to ensure effective financial management.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to drive growth and profitability.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the local and international members of the organization.
  • Ensure effective finance processes throughout the region.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • years of experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years' of relative experience
  • Experience working in a large, complex international organization.
