We are specifically seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to enhance our group of virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in bookkeeping, a comprehensive understanding of US accounting practices, and a proven ability to support clients effectively. While experience in the healthcare sector is a definite plus, we encourage candidates from varied backgrounds who are eager to learn and contribute to our clients' success. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage financial records, covering accounts payable and receivable. Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial statements. Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, summaries, and analyses to clients. Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Assist clients with budgeting and financial planning. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Guide clients in streamlining financial processes and enhancing overall efficiency. Provide support and expert advice to clients on financial matters. Qualifications At least 1 year of verified experience in US bookkeeping and accounting. Willingness to work during graveyard shifts (MNL TIME) on a full-time basis. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must. An Accounting Degree is required. Thorough understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
