Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient needs through comprehensive assessment techniques including history taking, observation, and diagnostic analysis.
  • Develop personalized nursing care plans that address the holistic and age-specific requirements of patients.
  • Implement nursing interventions aligned with the established Plan of Care and professional standards, integrating physician-directed medical plans.
  • Conduct hourly rounds to ensure service excellence and patient satisfaction.
  • Create a compassionate and respectful environment for patients, families, and visitors.
  • Employ appropriate health and safety measures to safeguard both patients and healthcare staff.
  • Follow standard procedures for managing central lines, foley catheters, pressure ulcers, and ventilators, as applicable.
  • Support the efficient operation of the department, taking on charge nurse responsibilities when designated.
  • Mentor and guide new nursing staff to enhance departmental performance.

Qualifications:
  • Less than 1 year of relevant nursing experience.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Active Registered Nursing License verified by the appropriate regulatory body.
  • BLS certification is mandatory for all nursing staff.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of employment for critical care roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $43.00 per hour
