Job Description AIRLIFT NORTHWEST has an outstanding job opportunity for a Senior Data Integration & Analytics Manager position. WORK SCHEDULE 100% FTE - 40 hours per week Day Shift - CORE SERVICE HOURS ARE 08:00 - 17:00 (PST), Monday-Friday POSITION HIGHLIGHTS HYBRID opportunity Values-based work environment 15 days of vacation your first year - Also, 12 days of sick time, 1 personal holiday, and 11 paid holidays each year 100% matching, 100% immediately vesting 403(b) PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, data pipelines and integrations across healthcare, aviation, and operational systems Develop predictive models and analytics to optimize crew scheduling, aircraft deployment, and mission planning for air medical operations Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, and Python to support real-time decision-making Establish data governance protocols and conduct training to enhance data literacy and ensure data integrity across clinical and administrative teams REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, data integration, or informatics roles Demonstrated expertise in: Healthcare data systems integration and management SQL, ETL processes, and API development Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Statistical analysis and predictive modeling HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security ABOUT UW MEDICINE - WHERE YOUR IMPACT GOES FURTHER UW Medicine is Washington's only health system that includes a top-rated medical school and an internationally recognized research center.
