Contracts SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and executing contract documents while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position requires independent judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to upholding company policies and industry regulations.Essential Job DutiesPrepare, review, and maintain contract documents with accuracy and attention to detailRespond to inquiries via email in a professional and timely mannerMaintain and update the contracts database with new and revised customer informationRevise contract provisions to minimize risk and ensure compliance with federal and state lawsStay current on governing statutes, regulations, and case law impacting contract practicesCommunicate contract status and updates to management as neededContribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline contract operationsPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent level of prior relevant experience1+ years of experience in contracts administrationProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteProficient with AdobeBasic computer and typing skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsKeen attention to detailStrong sense of urgencyExcellent communication skillsPreferred QualificationsParalegal Certification3+ years of contract review experienceExperience in trucking/logistics industryProficient with Adobe PDF Editor or Foxit PDF EditorAbility and willingness to commute to one of the job sites for training and hybrid schedule (this is a preference, not a requirement)Why The Evans Network of Companies (ENOC) is DifferentAt ENOC, we're more than a workplacewe're a family.
