Senior Manager, Digital Content and Social StrategyPosition Overview: The Senior Manager, Digital Content & Social Strategy is responsible for shaping and amplifying Otsuka's external digital presence across our corporate website, social platforms, and emerging digital touchpoints. This role drives integrated content strategies that elevate our corporate voice, strengthen reputation, and build advocacy for our science, our leadership, and our commitment to redefining what's possible for the people we serve. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Brand and Reputation, the Senior Manager leads corporate website governance, social media strategy, analytics, digital storytelling, and executive social programs. This professional excels at cross-functional collaboration, "story mining," and translating complex concepts into compelling, audience-centric narratives.Key Responsibilities:Corporate Website Content & GovernanceSocial Media Strategy & Channel ManagementExecutive Social Media Strategy & ExecutionAnalytics, SEO & Performance OptimizationDigital Storytelling & Cross-Functional "Story Mining"Qualifications:710+ years of experience in corporate communications, digital content strategy, social media, or related fields.Proven success managing corporate digital channels, preferably in highly regulated or science-driven industries (biotech, pharma, healthcare, technology, etc.).Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities with sharp editorial judgment.Expertise in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Statusbrew, platform-native insights, etc.), SEO best practices, and performance optimization.Ability to translate complex subjects into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.Experience partnering with executive leaders on digital presence and thought leadership.Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder-alignment skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, brand strategy or related fieldCompetencies:Accountability for ResultsStrategic Thinking & Problem SolvingPatient & Customer CentricityImpactful CommunicationRespectful CollaborationEmpowered DevelopmentSalary: Minimum $131,153.00 - Maximum $196,075.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States. Typically, actual pay will be positioned within the established range, rather than at its minimum or maximum.
