Job Description

  • Presenting Infusion related classes in accordance with company policy based on the Infusion Nurse Society Standards of Practice and specific State Nurse Practice Acts.
  • Conduct immunization clinics based on CDC recommendations.
  • Assist Pharmacist Consultant in conducting Reviews and Medication Administration Observations.
  • Provide Nursing Skills Validations, both IV and Pharmacy related if needed at facility skills check off days.
  • Assist Customer Service when needed in facility onboarding and special projects.


Requirements

  • active Indiana Registered Nurse License in good standing with the Indiana Board of Nursing
  • position requires standing and walking or sitting in a chair for majority of their shift, depending on workflow assignment.
  • position requires the ability to bend at the waist, pick items off the floor, reach above the head, and to lift 10 lbs.


Equipment

Management is provided a Company cell phone and laptop to facilitate communication and access to pharmacy systems when away from the pharmacy. Management is expected to maintain equipment charged and in working order.

  • for communicating workflow and any other necessary information between the staff and necessary departments
  • individual staff strengths and areas for improvement. Collaborate with Direct Report to design individual development plans
  • a positive work environment by leading through example.
  • for coaching and training staff
  • and maintains a professional and effective working environment with the staff and your Direct Report
  • an “open-door” policy for staff to express suggestions and concerns.
  • Direct Report in communicating and enforcing Company goals, policies, and procedures
