We operate a lab in Columbus Ohio, and contract with Southeast Milk in Belleview Florida for lab services in that area. DHI Cooperative Inc. is owned and operated by our dairy farmer membership through a nine-member Board of Directors. This board is made up of 5 districts and one at-large member in the North Region and 2 districts a one at-large member in the Southeast Region. Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Project/Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of products and projects that drive business growth and user engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about building great products, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesProduct Management:Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmaps based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews.Translate business needs into detailed product specifications.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time.Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.Project Management:Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and remove roadblocks.Track progress, monitor performance, and report on project status to stakeholders.Manage risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business or a related field.3–7 years of experience in project or product management.Proven track record of delivering successful products or managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with data-driven decision-making and using tools like Google Analytics, or Tableau.Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.Strategic thinker who is also execution focused.Benefits401(k).401(K) Matching.Health, Dental and Vision insurance.Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance.Vision Insurance.Paid time off.Employee assistance program.Flexible spending account. DHI Cooperative, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace, and our work environment is designed to help individuals to grow professionally while still maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
