About DHI Cooperative, Inc.DHI Cooperative Inc. is located in Columbus, Ohio and we are providers of Dairy Herd Improvement services for Ohio, Florida, Georgia and surrounding areas. We operate a lab in Columbus Ohio, and contract with Southeast Milk in Belleview Florida for lab services in that area. DHI Cooperative Inc. is owned and operated by our dairy farmer membership through a nine-member Board of Directors. This board is made up of 5 districts and one at-large member in the North Region and 2 districts a one at-large member in the Southeast Region. Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Project/Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of products and projects that drive business growth and user engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about building great products, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesProduct Management:Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmaps based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews.Translate business needs into detailed product specifications.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time.Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.Project Management:Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and remove roadblocks.Track progress, monitor performance, and report on project status to stakeholders.Manage risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
