divh2Medication Technician (With Cna Or Pca) For Memory Care At Heritage Greens/h2pThe Medication Technician (with CNA or PCA) for Memory Care at Heritage Greens is responsible for the delivery of quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each residents physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being./ppSchedule: Full-time 3pm to 11pm; every other weekend required/ppPay: $18.25/hr/ppNursing Assistant Certification (CNA) or PCA AND MedTech certificate required/ppWhat will I do every day?/pulliAssist residents with simple requests as needed/liliSupervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activities/liliProvide companionship and develop strong resident relations/liliRespond to emergencies according to policies and procedures/liliDocument care provided to residents consistent/liliProvide input to assure that resident individual service plans are current/liliReview 24 hour report and care check lists regularly/li/ulpWhat will I need to be successful in this role?/pulliBring a smile to work every day/liliBe a great team player/liliHigh school education or GED equivalent preferred/li/ulpSpecial Requirements/Certifications I may need?/pulliFirst Aid certification and CPR, if required/liliMust meet state training requirements and/or certifications/liliNursing Assistant Certification (CNA) or PCA and MedTech certificate required/li/ulpWhats in it for me?
