Requirements

• Bilingual
• 1 year of warehouse/leadership experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule

Shift Details

• Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:45 PM
• Must be available to start as early as 6 AM
• Weekend Hours | 6 AM - 12 PM
• Pay | $22 - $23 per hour

Bilingual Warehouse Lead Duties

Supervise daily operations in the warehouse. Prepare work schedules, expedite workflow, and issue instructions. Train new employees in warehouse processes. Ensure shipments are accurate, on time, and align with customer requirements. Provide daily/weekly/monthly team data on productivity. Communicate with carriers and other departments. Maintain safety at all times. Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
