Position:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Outsourcing to join our Clinical Outsourcing Team in Princeton, NJ. Reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Outsourcing, you will lead and manage the clinical trial outsourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, vendor management, and reporting process for Sun Pharmaceutical's clinical development programs.

Your role will involve overseeing external partnership outcomes for clinical trials, managing service providers, and other outsourcing needs.


Responsibilities:
- Guide project teams through the outsourcing process and advise on the best approach
- Evaluate, select, and negotiate contracts for studies/programs
- Develop RFPs and manage operational, scheduling, and budget considerations
- Liaise with project teams to develop Statements of Work and finalize contracts
- Monitor and manage relationships with vendors and ensure quality standards are met
- Support organizational governance activities with vendors and facilitate issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical outsourcing experience
- Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, data analytics, and process improvement
- Extensive knowledge of clinical trial conduct principles and GCP / ICH guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and levels
