Tracks improvement performance and cost reductions against targets. This role blends hands-on training, event coordination, and data-driven analysis to drive meaningful change. You'll facilitate Kaizen and 5S events, support Lean practices, and help build a culture of continuous improvementall while ensuring quality standards are upheld and understood.Responsibilities:Deliver and reinforce quality training across departmentsTrack quality metrics and identify areas for improvementAssist with audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsPlan and facilitate Kaizen, 5S, and Lean eventsCollaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvementsDocument and follow up on CI initiatives and outcomesOrganize training sessions, improvement events, and cross-functional meetingsMaintain calendars and communication for CI and quality activitiesEnsure alignment across shifts and departmentsMonitor performance metrics and create visual dashboardsAnalyze trends and share actionable insights with leadershipSupport ERP and system-based tracking (e.g., D365)Qualifications:Experience in quality assurance, Lean, or continuous improvementStrong facilitation and communication skillsProficiency in Excel, data analysis, and ERP systemsFamiliarity with Kaizen, 5S, and Lean methodologiesDetail-oriented with a collaborative mindsetBe part of a dynamic, collaborative team where great people come together to achieve remarkable results.
