Procurement Analyst

Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Procurement Analyst to its team. This role will work HYBRID in Richardson, TX and works Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm under a 3/2 day office/WFH schedule once training is complete. This is a contract to hire role that pays $42 per hour. Upon conversion this role offers increased salary in the $95K range, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.

The key to this role is TRUE PROCUREMENT ANALYSIS working with sourcing managers/directors to deliver support for various project/activities. Candidates should have expertise with:

• Spend analysis and Cost Saving analysis
• Working with a finance team to manage through savings/book the savings
• Maintaining Project Pipelines
• Monitoring contract expiration dates
• Working on RFI and RFPs
• Conducting market analysis

The incumbent will:

• Collect and rationalize complex, aggregate data from multiple sources.
• Design, generate, review and implement complex reports to support sourcing and stakeholder requirements.
• Prepare and present results of analysis along with improvements and/or recommendations to the business at all levels of management.
• Coordinate with global sourcing team and peers to aggregate data align reporting.
• Request for Proposal (RFP) activities
• Invite suppliers to participate in RFP
• Conduct RFP qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Help sourcing leaders to upload RFPs
• Take supplier’s response to RFPs, download the responses, format for distribution.
• Manage 20-30 projects at a time.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.
• Develop scenario planning tools/models (exit/maintain/grow).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years TRUE PROCUREMENT ANALYSIS experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
• Strong experience supporting RFI and or RFP
• Strong vendor management and contract experience.
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems and processes.
• Proficiency in developing scenario planning tools/models and preparing forecasts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
