Location: Hybrid schedule in Arlington, TX

Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days in Office / 2 Days Remote

Position Type: Three Month Contract-to-Hire

Conversion Salary: $120K

Residency Requirements: MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder to be considered, as no sponsorship is being offered at this time.


ABOUT THE POSITION

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a SQL Developer / Data Conversion Specialist for a Contract-to-Hire position in Arlington, TX. This role will follow a rotating 3/2 hybrid schedule. This role will be backend-heavy in a Microsoft environment. The SQL Developer will focus on both optimizing exisitng legacy applications and developing new applications to ensure backend efficiency and functionality. This role will also design and implement conversion strategies to bring data from non-corporate data stores into our client's data environment. The SQL Developer will perform unit testing and end-to-end testing and validation in a development environment. This will include root-cause analyasis of problems and remediation, as well as providing recommendations to development teams on best practices for future development. This role will be supporting Legacy applications, so proficiency with the MS BI Suite (SSRS/SSAS/SSIS) is required.


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in the following skill sets...Fluent in SQL Development - Development / Troubleshooting / Optmization of Backend Systems
