Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and acknowledge all shoppers promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Answer shoppers’ questions and provide general information regarding department placement, trunk shows, or events.
  • Offer to text the returning customer’s “regular or preferred” stylist if requested.
  • Engage all arriving and waiting shoppers in conversation.
  • Thank all shoppers as they leave the store.
  • Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with stylists and fellow team members.
  • Be alert to guests entering or exiting the store where a sensor alert is detected.
  • Partner with the store management team to provide support where needed.
  • Ensure a styled and professional personal appearance.
  • Assist with recurring physical inventory, if requested.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.


Qualification:

  • Retail experience is required; experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a high-energy and upbeat attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Sense of urgency, self-starter and motivated attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule for a retail business, including nights, weekends, store events, etc.


Physical Demands:

  • Speaking/Hearing: Ability to communicate information to customers
  • Standing: Remain upright on feet for sustained periods of time.
  • Walking: Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Flexibility including bending, stretching and lifting.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, ability to move/carry product.
  • Visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal
  • Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel.
