Service Support SpecialistPosition at A-Tech Commercial Parts and ServiceWindsor, CTAre you an organized multitasker who loves keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Service Support Specialist to be the backbone of our branch operations. In this full-time, in-person role, you'll support multiple departments, ensure customer satisfaction, and help our team deliver exceptional service every day.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations SupportAnswer phones, assist dispatch, and create work ordersMaintain accurate billing notes and input new equipment dataAdministrative CoordinationPrepare and process customer, third-party, and manufacturer billingPerform clerical duties, including scanning, filing, and handling daily mailCustomer RelationsResolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionallyBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teamsAssist with estimate preparation and general service documentationTeam CollaborationSupport the Branch Manager with new or evolving initiativesContribute to a positive, collaborative office environmentQualificationsPrevious billing and/or customer service experienceStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectivelySelf-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced settingStrong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented with the ability to work independently when neededCompletion of a successful background check and drug screen is required.Must be at least 18 years of age.Physical RequirementsPrimarily office-based roleOccasional light lifting (office supplies, equipment, boxes)Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the dayComfortable using computers and general office equipmentCompensation & BenefitsPay: up to $25/hour (based on experience)Insurance: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverageRetirement: 401(k) program with company matchPaid Time Off: vacation, sick time, and generous time-away programsPerks:Casual work environmentEmployee assistance and recognition programsTeam-building and employee relations eventsCompetitive compensation and opportunities for growthA-Tech Commercial Parts & Service has been a recognized leader in the commercial food equipment repair business in CT and Western MA for over 30 years.
