You'll work with a team of skilled professionals in an environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are the top priorities.Benefits* Salary: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour (plus 2nd and 3rd shift premium)* Health, Dental, Vision, disability insurance* Annual Incentive Program* Traditional and Roth 401(k) with matching* Paid Time Off* Employee Assistance Program* Life and AD&D Insurance* Paid HolidaysWhat You'll Do* Maintain Equipment Excellence: Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging systems.* Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment.* Collaborate for Success: Partner with production teams during equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime.* Embrace Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. Requirements What We're Looking For:* 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)* Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication* Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC - controlled equipment.* Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems* Knowledge of PLC diagnostic and basic ladder logic programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley)* Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance.* Strong attention to detail, ability to perform root cause analyses, and commitment to driving efficiency and reliability.* Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders.* High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.Why Join Us?* Be part of something new and exciting - a state-of-the-art bakery where innovation and quality come first.* Work in a culture that values collaboration, 100% employee engagement, and a Zero Loss Mindset.* Enjoy competitive pay $$$ and benefits, along with opportunities for growth and career development.* Travel required: Specifically, but not limited to within North America, once or twice a year for training.* Help us bake the best garlic bread in the industry while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.Bonus Points If You:* Are bilingual in English and Spanish.Schedule Openings:* 1st Shift Monday to Friday: 6am to 3pm* 2nd Shift Monday to Friday: 2pm to 11pm* 3rd Shift Sunday to Thursday: 10pm to 7am* Occasional Weekend work* Three positions per shift, with a total of nine roles required________________________________________Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.The tasks listed here provide a glimpse of the full job description.
