Specialist Revenue Cycle Management (Remote)Responsible for performing transactional processes and transactions of basic complexity in a call center environment. Processes billing transactions and enters them into a computerized system. Follows processes and performs transactions with a high degree of accuracy. Handles a larger volume of basic transactions. Helps run basic reports following routine processes. May assist more senior specialists in processing more complex transactions and work. Knowledge of collections processes. Proficient skill level Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail. Commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize and manager multiple responsibilities.An Employee in this position can expect an hourly rate between $19.13 to $28.13.
