As a housekeeper with Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch, you will work under close supervision to help with apartment make-readies, trash collections, cleaning the leasing office, polish, and sanitize gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activity rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc. in order to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests. In addition, you will interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.Requirements:High school diploma or GEDExperience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.Able to read, write and comprehend EnglishMust complete an annual trainingMust be 18 years old.Must have a valid driver's license.Integrated Real Estate Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Integrated Real Estate Group participates in e-verify for employment authorization verification.
