We are looking for energetic and friendly people who have the ability to properly evaluate, estimate and close a job opportunity and enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.ResponsibilitiesAbility to scope and estimate time and material for projectsCompleting handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasksCommunicate and work with clients to provide exceptional customer serviceRepresenting House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs ariseManage own inventory of tools to complete jobsSkills and Requirements5+ years of construction/handyman experienceHands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industryAbility to learn and operate basic computer programs and systemsFriendly personality and committed to great customer serviceA strong work ethic and highly dependableAble to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling toolsValid driver's licenseHave reliable insured vehicleCompensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
