We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, part-time, or PRN position to provide outpatient therapy in home-based settings within the South Barrington, IL area. This position is billed under Medicare Part B, and were looking for someone with at least 12 hours per week of availability and 3 weekdays of consistent availability. Full-time availability is preferred.

Position Overview:

We are a growing organization looking to expand our services in South Barrington, IL by hiring a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist. The PT will provide community-based outpatient care to older adults in their homes. The position offers flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to work as little as 12 hours per week or full-time if desired.

You will be part of a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, providing 1-on-1 direct patient care to a geriatric population. This role offers a generous benefits package and the potential for overtime pay for full-time employees.

Compensation and Benefits:

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent qualification)
• Eligible for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum 12 hours per week of availability required, with 3 weekdays of consistent availability
• New graduates are welcomementorship and support will be provided
• For PRN/Per Diem candidates, some prior work experience is required
