Job Summary: Our facility in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic logistics department. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all outgoing shipments. Your duties will include verifying order accuracy, preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring packages are correctly labeled and loaded for transit. You will also maintain shipping records and assist with inventory verification as needed. A strong understanding of shipping procedures, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the warehouse team. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all Safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. While not a physically demanding role, occasional Lifting of packages may be required.
